ALPHA-AL Pallet Wrapping Machine
The ALPHA-AL pallet wrapper is a turntable PE film wrapper of Joinpack's ALPHA SERIES, equipped with an automatic film clamping and cutting system. It fully automates the pallet wrapping process, reduces manual operations, and improves packaging efficiency in production and logistics.
ALPHA-AL is suitable for businesses that require continuous pallet wrapping, high stability and uniform packaging quality before storage or transportation.

Principle of operation
The pallet is placed on the machine's turntable. During operation, the turntable rotates around the fixed axis while the film roll PE move vertically to wrap evenly around the pallet. At the end of the wrapping cycle, the system automatically clamps the film and cuts the film, ready for the next pallet without manual operation.
